Michelle’s life has been full of diversity & adventure and her approach to yoga is infused with this spirit. Her insatiable desire to learn & her commitment to personal growth make her a powerful, intuitive teacher. MIchelle was certified by 8 Limbs and has been teaching since 2006. She became a Registered Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) in 2012, also through 8 Limbs. Her classes are a balance of creative flowing movement combined with longer postural holds that allow the practitioner time to settle into & feel the pose. She also loves to incorporate restorative postures to calm the nervous system and relieve stress. In her teaching, Michelle strives to make the principles of yoga relevant to everyday life, encouraging healthy movement habits on & off the mat.
