Fall Intro Series

Intro series are a great place to start your yoga practice. At Home Yoga, we select only the most talented and experienced teachers to instruct what can become the foundation of a lifelong practice. You can be rest assured that your Home Yoga instructor will be accessible, nonjudgmental, and foster a noncompetitive and safe atmosphere in class. These six week sessions are designed for anyone new to yoga or continuing students interested in reconnecting to the fundamentals of a physical yoga practice, including basic yoga postures and breathing practices.
