Monthly Devotional with Emily

On Hiatus for the summer

breathe~move~flow~explore~restore

Join Emily on the first Sunday of each month to explore the month's theme in-depth. Find your flow and get into the groove with the extra time available for meditation, heat-building flow sequences, restoratives, and Pranayama.

The monthly devotional schedule is as follows:

April 11th, 2010 where we will go deeper into the "core" of our being and find our "balance".

May 2nd, 2010 - Grounding and Core

June 6th, 2010 - Abs and Buns

July 11th, 2010 - Shoulders and Arms

When: 1:30 - 4:00 p.m.

Cost: $25 or $18 for current Home Yoga Students
